Shipping & payment conditions

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place in Germany, within the EU and to Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat rate of 5,90 € per order for shipping and handling. From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 2 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready for collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

• Cash payment at collection
• PayPal payment
• Payment by invoice (only for registered customers)

 

Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be settled within 30 days when paying by invoice.
